Porting freedom functionality forward.

Is it possible to forward-port the freedom functionality further? Perhaps to the latest version of the SDK? Most deauther projects are using 2.0.0 but lack the bugfixes and performance improvements of the later SDKs.

I had an idea that sounds a lot like what you did, but I'm not familiar with the platform enough to know how to do this right away. They released the functionality once, is it as easy as just moving the removed assembly into the new libraries?
