[Triage] leere YouTube kanäle lassen sich nicht hinzufügen.

Describe the bug Wenn der Kanal keine Videos hat, kann ich ihn nich thinzufügen. Vor allem bei neunen Kanälen ist es schön, wenn man dann sofort bei erscheinen die Videos hat.

Beispiel: https://www.youtube.com/@TorbenBaumdick
