[Triage] just a small issue with the GUI

Describe the bug This is a SMALL, insignificant issue. The new "error report" on pending videos... If I hold my mouse (on a laptop) over the Error Icon, you can see the drop down text box, but there is no way to read what it says without actually clicking on the video itself. There is a scroll bar to the right when you hover over the Error Icon, but the second you move away from the icon, the text box and the scroll bar goes away.

Expected behavior It would be nice if there was a larger view so that the error is displayed without having to scroll, which is not possible.
