[FR] Select default Media Profile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I for instance have videos and music preservation media profiles and presumably because music preservation is first in the alphabet, that's my default

Describe the solution you'd like Being able to select a default profile.

Fair enough! I'm taking some time off over winter break, but I'll think about this for once I'm back in early January. I think your approach is a good one, but I'll think through different approaches in case there's a better way to handle that Media Profile -> Source creation flow

I've had a similar desire a couple of times as well.

I think as an alternative, even just having it default to the "most recently used" media profile would be great.
