[FR] Add explanatory text for "Force Index" and "Refresh Metadata"

Is it not clear to me what the Force Index and Refresh Metadata actions actually do. Sync Files on Disk has some explanatory text when you click it that gives a pretty good sense of what will happen if you use it.

One thing I sometimes want to do is re-sync from source - force a re-check of the source playlist and download any videos that are missing on my local disk. It is not clear to me if these actions let me do that or if there is even a specific way to do this.

Very fair point. Honestly, I've been meaning to rework most of those actions since there's a lot of functional overlap between them. I'll keep this in mind when I look into that and see if I can make things more clear

I too would appreciate some documentation on what all of these buttons do. For example I had to move files and I adjusted the media template but now I'm not sure which button I should click on.

I want to move some download directories of media sources that have aleady some downloads, I am not sure how to do this without needing to redownload anything in a newely created media source 👀
