[Triage] 1 source that throws an internal server error while trying to access

Describe the bug There is just 1 source that throws an internal server error while trying to access it.

To Reproduce Clicking the name of the source does not go to the page to show additional details. Shows internal server error instead.

• App Version: 2024.8.14
• yt-dlp Version: 2024.08.06
• Apprise Version: v1.8.1
• System Architecture: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
• Timezone: Asia/Kuala_Lumpur

Additional context Was trying to redownload the entire library downloaded from Pinchflat, as after it is imported into Jellyfin, the automatic metadata updater messed up the metadata.

I have since been able to resolve this issue, not sure which of it actually helped.

1. renamed the folder of the source in /metadata/sources
2. clicked the edit icon on the far right instead of the name.

Not too sure if sharing this now helps with anything, so feel free to close this report. And apologies for getting back to this after a few days.
