retile when terminal size changes

Is it possible to re-size all panes and windows when the size of terminal changes? For me when the terminal is shrinked on the right side, it simply cuts away the space from right side panes so the left side panes are bigger than right side. Would be nice to redraw so that right and left panes are sized equally.
