Working on releasing Felt as a production ready product.

Goals:

• [x] Prepare for pip installation
• [x] Prepare docker image and set up auto build on docker hub
• [x] Automatic download of PhantomJS and SlimerJS during run (#26)
• [x] Add multiple scenarios option (#10)
• [x] Action / task system redesign (#30)
• [x] click_one does not select a random element (#24)
• [x] Move test website from seperate repo to here (with built in python webserver)
• [ ] Write tests for all different actions (check results)
• [ ] Prepare package for upload on pip
• [x] Prepare dockerfile for upload to hub
