If I understand it correctly `var.newrelic_account_id` can be empty or set? @tsimur-abayeu ?

We had to rollback the 2.50.0 release because it contained Synthetics changes which were supposed to be in [v3](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/newrelic/newrelic/3.0.1). We should have another release this week on the v2 branch....
