Not able to install latest version v1.9.1

I am not able to install the latest version. Facing the following issue:

Installing “[email protected]” failed.Hide output… EPERM, unlink 'C:\Users\admin.atom\packages\node-debugger'

I had one of the previous version installed without issues. But am not able to update, install fresh on the new one.

I am using Windows 10. Atom version 1.9.8
