添加自定义规则https://raw.githubusercontent.com/FuckNoMotherCompanyAlliance/Fuck_CJMarketing_hosts/master/hosts后，无法打开网页。 系统日志提示

经查rules.conf首行变成/

dnsfilter版本1.0-9
