Doesn't work as expected

Hi, There are some problems with the application,

1- Cannot create Expense type;

2- Cannot add expense account;

3- Cannot add expense item;

and so on, couldn't proceed further because every step throws new error.

And here is the versions;

i hope you keep developing this, because it is missing in ERPNext.
