OPML import should still hang on to failing items

I've been attempting to import Chris Aldrich's large OPML file and Ton Zijlstra's also large one. (Should also test this one, too.) But the OPML import is encountering errors.

I need to ensure that items with problems still get imported. If a certain item is currently 404 - can happen when there are hundreds of items to import - I don't want to make someone like Chris weed through the whole thing to discover missing entries.

In 76d1b26, I am at least rescuing failed items.
