Vimeo provides an rss but fraidyc.at doesn't want to play nice

My great idea for Fraidycat is:

At https://vimeo.com/*/videos/rss an rss file seems to be provided but I can't get fraidyc.at to accept it in any way. It's a shame there's no 'custom rss' option so I can't just bodge it myself, but it would also be nice to have vimeo officially supported and advertised.

You actually can use feed URLs directly. However, Fraidycat has an issue with Vimeo's feeds. I've fixed that bug and it will come out in a few days.

I've also added subscribing to a Vimeo user page.
