Tag descriptions

My great idea for Fraidycat is:

Add the ability to add a small title or description for a tag when rolling over it in the tag selector. For example, if you set the tag's emoji to 🧙‍♂️ and the tag's description to 'Blogs about wizards,' then when you hover over the 🧙‍♂️ tag in the tag dropdown, you would get a (JS?) tooltip that says 'Blogs about wizards'. Really helpful for when you're trying to remember what that one tag that you almost never use does.

You'd probably have to add a separate 'edit tag' menu that allows you to do this, probably accessed by right-clicking the tag you want to edit.

Just a note - an "edit" page is being added to the tag dropdown in Fraidycat 2 - to allow reorganization of tags - and to allow this metadata as well.
