Ability to rearrange tags in the tag menu

My great idea for Fraidycat is:

...to allow the user to rearrange tags by dragging and dropping them to different positions in the tab menu. Sounds simple enough. (I'm surprised nobody has suggested this yet...)

This can now happen in the tag dropdown.

Hey @medicinecal , off the top of your head do you know if this will drop in the 1.2 release, or is it going to be bundled with all the 2.0 changes?

@j-james I'm afraid it'll have to wait for Fraidycat 2. We're not adding any features to the UI in Fraidycat 1.
