Not working on device has dual cameras

no time to work on it atm, however here is where i select the first available camera from the list:

https://github.com/kibotu/Heart-Rate-Ometer/blob/master/heartrateometer/src/main/kotlin/net.kibotu.heartrateometer/camera/CameraPostLolipop.kt#L28-L49

you can change that to pick a different one
