default value for anonimization column

In order to make less effort for new schema change, if masking has a feature of a default value of an anonymized column can be nice.

Tech Tips

• masking need to parse Schema information from the definition section and keep that information internally
• need to define configuration ( masking.yml ) format
• definition granularity, per table? per column? per type of schema?
