Besides other documentation changes, this commit ensures the generated HTML doc for HexDocs.pm will become the source of truth for this Elixir library and leverage on latest features of ExDoc.
#### Steps to reproduce 1. Go https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/api-reference.html 2. Select the `v0.16.0`, https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/0.16.0/api-reference.html 3. API References Page is not empty.  4. Select `v0.16.1`, https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/api-reference.html 5. API References Page is empty....
