EPG: Handle episodeOnscreen

Some EPG sources will provide only an "onscreen" representation of the season and episode numbers. TVHeadend won't parse / split this, so we'll have to as android requires the season and episode numbers are split out. Some samples I've seen:

  • episodeOnscreen: "S2 E24/24", Season 2 Episode 24 of 24 total episodes in season 2
  • episodeOnscreen: "S3 E10", Season 3 Episode 10

Looks like this is now handled by TVHeanend, and parsed in EPGSyncTask.java. Can this be closed?

Does tvheadend now parse this field and provide the separate fields for Season and Episode? I haven't seen that anywhre.
