Defaulting to standard HTSP Port on setup

Having gone through the setup many times now as I've tried different versions, each time I wonder why I need to enter 9982 when it is the standard port for TVH.

Could it default to that if fields were left blank?

After remove of http, i think issue can be closed.

@kiall in setup progress we can predefine 9982 and let it changeable for custom setups.

We should still default the the HTSP port number, I've updated the ticket to remove the HTTP bits..
