Multicluster - initial openshift login should tell you which cluster you are logging into

What do you want to improve?

In a multicluster openshift deployment when you first access the kiali endpoint, you are immediately redirected to the oauth login for the server that kiali is deployed on. It is not clear exactly which server you are logging into.

What is the new behavior?

When the user visits kiali for the first time using the openshift auth strategy with multicluster configured, the user is not immediately redirected to the oauth login and the initial kiali page has some info on what the user is logging into.
