Option to merge server buffers with core

Would be nice to have an option to merge the server buffers with the core buffer on creation like IRC servers are.

As the server buffers are entirely pointless and just for formatting to know what channel a server is in (see #25), there should probably just be an option to disable creation of them.

As an amusing side note, I'm impressed at the speed at which you reported this :blush: - server buffers were created in a commit literally just 4 days ago, and they're already requested to be removed

If you want an use for them, could always output highlights there including channels hidden/muted within weechat.

I'm tempted to just let things like the highmon plugin deal with things like that. (For some reason highmon is currently broken with my setup and weechat-discord, one of these days I'll get to the bottom of the backlog and try to figure out why that is)

While that works (assuming you get it non-broken), it wouldn't work on muted channels, woud it?

Also, it reacts oddly to discord PMs -- it highlights the PM correctly, but your own input also triggers it
