Add possibility to reorder notes

For example: long pressing a note in the note list puts it in to a mode where its position in the list can be changed by drag 'n' drop. This would mean that the method for deleting notes would need to be changed.

Not sure if this helps, but Simple ToDo has a lot in common with your app (permanent notification, etc.) and allows for reordering the items.

They are deleted with a swipe.
