Adding a role for this project

I thought it would be better like to add roles such as admin and user for now. So that whenever the user adds the blog we can notify the admin by sending an email or adding a push notification so that the admin can review the blog of the user and approve or reject based on the admin's perspective. In this way, we can have more secured and meaningful blogs on the site.

I would love to work on this. let me know as soon as possible.
