rough changes to make it possible to compile Strategr on linux

these are the changes that were required to compile and run on linux on my system (arch linux. even if not merged, I hope they could be useful for other people trying to get it to work on linux.

I noticed that there are more recent commits in master and ci branches that might also be related to running on linux, so I made a similar branch for master as well, and if there's a will, I could spend some more work on these so that they'll be merged to the main repo.

Either way I just recently found out about Strategr and it seems like a great tool that I'm really excited to finally test. I hope it's still being developed because I would be very happy to see an android version.
