'form-signup' example has a bug.

If you enter 'admin' for the username and '12341234' in the password fields, then press OK the api errors for the username is displayed correctly. If you then clear 'admin' and type in 'admin' again, and press 'OK' again, the api error is not shown.

I guess it's because the dynamic for the api errors is the same as the previous one, and therefore some dynamic callback does not run again, not tracked it down yet, just reporting for you.
