[FEAT] Rootless support for docker container

Description

Docker containers for marzneshin and marznode should support rootless mode either via PUID/PGID environment variables or the user directive. As these are meant to be internet facing services, this should be implemented for added security.

Suggested Solution

Allow running the containers as custom user/group.
