[Bug] Some apps open, some are crashing

I have a own dev cert and I can install some apps without problems, but some install an crash as soon as I open them. If I install these apps with some other signing tools and the same cert they work. It has to be some setting in feather, but i cannot figure out what..

if possible, also provide an example app for testing
