Create release tarball for new release

I want to create debian package for this project and it would be nice if you can create release file, so the Debian packaging can auto import new release

Well AFAIK, Debian system prefer using the packages on repository instead of install via other repo like Nimble or Pip. But well i mean it is not just only Debian thing but release also mean you create versions officially on git and users can download it
