It's probably out of FileDialog opens for many times to make file Hyperlinks, but certainly haven't reached limit like opened file for 512 on Windows according to Google searching, tried closing terminal which started the program, and turns out restarting comupter is the only method. It's still unknown what is the cause. We should have our users know if it is really limited by Windows itself.
