Allow responding while gpt is writing back

Hey, I've been a power user of this tool for a while now. One thing I recently noticed that is slowing down my work flow is that I'd like to already respond to gpt when it's writing to me. However, I only have the chance to write back in case I stop it with ctrl c or when I wait until it is done.
