Thanks for reporting – apparently my expiry notifications are off. I'll take a look on it soon.
Finally managed to get through the corporate bureaucracy and get new certificates issued and deployed. The web should now be again accessible without TLS warning.
@mochaaP I tried to grok the code and perhaps come with an explanation myself, but to no avail. Adding some docs (README? Comment block in code?) would probably help any...
The CI tells me that the importlib mode does indeed cause issues; I will probably drop it then. But let me know if that is something you would be interested...
