Speak Facing Direction Config doesn't change the auto-spoken announcements

Even if speak facing direction is set to false in the config, you can still here the direction and camera vertical degrees when you move, all this config seems to do is disable the hot key. I think that a new config should be added "Automatically Speak Facing Direction" that is in charge of this feature. I tried to disable this to have Jade try and narrate blocks, as Minecraft Access's narration overrides Jade's narration.
