Moving (or mirroring) osf hippunfold-resources to datalad (GIN)

We talked about GIN/datalad for hosting larger resources and Mackenzie had tried it out -- would make running the create_atlas workflow much easier (e.g. datalad install, then run hippunfold)

To try it out, I've put the multihist7 atlases here on gin:

(@jordandekraker the org/repo name structure can be changed - I picked hippunfold as org name so its not tied to my lab in particular, and then resources seemed like a too generic non-descriptive name for a repository) --

I can upload the full hippunfold derivatives fodler here too ..
