Can we restore App Data using SparseBox?

I am trying to copy a single app data from my old jailbroken phone to a 17.5.1 iPad. I know I can take a whole backup, inject the app data, then restore the backup, but I am putting this as a last resort.

I found about SparseBox, I thought if there is maybe a way to inject app data.

Wondering the same thing, Can we backup and restore a certain app's data?

Backup app data is possible using file://a/ exploit, which you can access in List installed apps option. Currently restoring app data is not implemented.
