com.apple.installd.validatedByFreeProfile issues vide SideStore and SparseBox bypass

Lately I've been having issues with installing apps with some error message related to com.apple.installd.validatedByFreeProfile and how App.app No such file or folder found. I saw a solution that resetting SparseBox's settings could resolve the issue, and I believe it did resolve my issue before (https://github.com/SideStore/SideStore/issues/749#issuecomment-2471740397). ~~However, I removed SparseBox and now I can't run the option to reset settings. Is there anyway I can reset it without the app such as by running a command with libimobiledevice? I've tried Reset MobileGestalt via Mikasa but that didn't seem to work because I was still getting com.apple.installd.validatedByFreeProfile issues.~~

I want to re-open this issue because I'm facing this problem again. Looking back, I never had the com.apple.installd.validatedByFreeProfile issue when attempting to (re)add/install/resign apps within SideStore in the past. I've only came across this issue to my recollection after using SparseBox. I'm not sure if the bug is 100% caused either by SparseBox or SideStore, but I would like to re-open this in hopes of potentially getting more information or a solution if possible.

Error on SideStore:

Install SparseBox Failed minimuxer.MinimuxerError 0 The operation couldn’t be completed. Unable to install the app: Couldn't get com.apple.installd.validatedByFreeProfile EA from "/private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/29CBBEA8-E8AA-4017-8A5B-3B5492E46A11/App.app": No such file or directory

This error is the same for any app I try to (re)install, although resigning doesn't give any issues. Resigning apparently works for current installed apps except for SideStore (which refreshes but when relaunching SideStore the expiration never changes)
