Issue With Finding Spotify in Files?

spicetifyissue

I'm having an issue where my Spicetify for some reason cannot locate this file, I have tried reinstalling rainmeter, spicetify, and spotify multiple times already but nothing seems to be working. I have also tried adding a "prefs" document or folder inside the Spotify folder inside %appdata% but that did not resolve the issue either. Is there anyone who has experienced a similar issue? I can't seem to resolve this.

In file explorer go to "Local Disk (C:)", and search spotify in the top right, then copy the spotify folder that shows up, and paste it in C:/Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/spotify. If that doesen't help please tell me.

You are probably using the windows store version of spotify, delete it and download it from the website instead.

See the problem is when you download it from the website it "migrates" its data and moves the files to the microsoft version. That means there would be no difference, i still dont know how to not let it migrate.
