Use SCSS

I would like to do some design improvements, I great addition is adding SCSS to the project instead of using CSS.

I've added the #3 pull request to add this feature. Vargant is giving me errors, so I couldn't test it properly, but it's already building the css and moved the original scss files to assets folder

I will wait when it's merged into master, so I can rebase those changes into my forked repository.
