Amlogic SECURE_BOOT_SET file

Hi. Thanks for your project. I'm trying to burn an image on the amlogic device but all my attempts lead to freeze on logo screen. I think it can be connected to the unused file "SECURE_BOOT_SET" which I downloaded with the image. According to answers here this file is used by "usb burning tool" program under windows OS. But I don't see that your tool uses it. Is it ok and my problem should be somewhere else or I'm missing something with this secure_boot_set? Thanks in advance.
