[REQUEST] Different skins by team

Would it be possible to add an option to choose different skins per team? For example, at CT i choose a type of knife and at T another type of knife and same for skins?

But this stuff will cause the database to double, Not everyone has this need, but i would PR some other stuff

you might tie this to a cvar, and when this cvar is activated, database migration is executed, current skin selections apply for both teams for all players and there's no return back.

or if you think it's going to complicate things too much, feel free to not go any further :)

@BoneTM would this PR be possible now? I saw that both Weaposn & Gloves sus versions have big changes, it would be interesting it is here too.
