[Suggestion] Live StatTrak(tm) Update

Maybe try to retrieve this function's handle somehow (with SDKTools, DHooks or PTaH, I don't know exactly),

And call it on "player_death" 's "attacker" entity.

It should automatically update the StatTrak(tm) feature.

Live StatTrak update is possible using https://github.com/komashchenko/PTaH/blob/5b435d6801f7d3b0ed9f0d6fa7cf450384c97374/PTaH.inc#L525 which does what asherkin said in https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=294628

I just think it's not that important of a feature to be added to the plugin. Maybe if a few people request it, I might add it on a future release
