How to activte the "Track Transform" UI. Tools submenu is always empty.

Hello, I can't manage to get the "Track Transform" UI window appear. The Tool menu is always empty even if some tracker exists. Does this functionality work ? Is there any special procedure to activate the "Track Transform" UI ? Blender version used: 2,82a on Linux Debian (Same behavior under Windows).

There's a little triangle on the left of where it says "VSE_Transform_Tools". Did you click that? Does the UI appear?
