switcher shows no extra devices when hdmi is plugged in

Hi, I'm having a problem with the switcher. I'm getting "No More Devices" although hdmi audio is plugged in. When I manually switch the source in the gnome settings the audio switcher shows the hdmi source but not the internal stereo source anymore. Is it a broken pulseaudio config? Thank you

Hi, I have the same problem. When I connect a hdmi device while the notebook is running, the system changes the standard output to hdmi, but the extension shows the internal audio as the only available. The gnome settings show everything correctly and when I change the standard output here, the extension shows everything correctly. When I disconnect the hdmi device I have the same behaviour the other way arround: The extension still shows hdmi and internal, but gnome only shows the internal.

The screenshots below are showing the problem.
