feat: Add tooltip or card to show attuned items when hovering over the Attunements control

When hovering over the attunements control, show a list of what items are currently attuned.

kiligir — Yesterday at 3:00 PM [...] 5. Consider placing attuned items in a separate section at the top, or duplicating their display there. Another idea with that would be having the attuned items appear in a tooltip/card if you hover over the sun icon thing at the bottom.
