feat: Visualize Item Resource Consumption - Item Uses from another item (e.g., Flurry of Blows)

When an item consumes another item's uses as a resource, this is currently not visualized in Tidy 5e Sheets when viewing and actor sheet.

Come up with a means of visualizing one item's resource consumption being another item's uses. Consider whether the fields should be editable in the consuming item and when. Consider if an explanatory tooltip detailing the target item would be helpful. Also consider if an item property tag would be useful in the item summary and item card.
