Hi @caitlinbetz thanks for taking a look at this one I'm not aware of any requirement here to fill it out. @andrew-goldstein opened the ticket, so I'll address the question...

Closing the issue will be fixed once https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/188685 is completed and `xpack.fleet.enabled` flag will be deprecated
