Updated Packages for compatibility with RN > 0.60

NetInfo and rn-fetch-blob upgraded

Seems like author of this package is not responding for a long time. In case, if the package is not bing updated for the latest RN, then anyone can remove this and use the forked and updated package which i am using for RN > 0.60 projects.
