NetInfo is completely removed from the code module of react-native -> https://github.com/react-native-community/releases/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#removed casing the component to fail to load

@kfiroo thank you for your hard work. I can imagine how busy you must be. @nawartamawi thank you for this PR. If we could get this merged I'd be eternally greateful.
