system is computationally singular error

Hello, I encountered this error when trying to run RunCcubePipeline on a sample:

Error in { : task 1 failed - "system is computationally singular: reciprocal condition number = 0"

This only happens in one particular sample. Would you have any idea what might have caused the error and how to go about this? Thank you!
